What We Offer

  • Case management — we blanket our clients with services to develop an informal and professional support network (social, therapeutic, medical, etc.).
  • Providing guidance through:
    • Social and community integration — opportunities to connect with others. 
    • Life skills coaching – money management, daily planning, goal setting, etc.
  • Job development — we assistance our clients in building their resume, enhancing their job search, strengthening their interview skills, work place conduct, etc., in partnership with other agencies when available.
  • Educational support — guidance in finding the right training program, accommodations, campus resources, etc.
  • Housing coordination — assistance in finding housing (independent living or with roommates).
  • Support groups led by clinicians — we offer groups for parents, as well as other client-centered groups.
  • Counseling services – we offer individual or family counseling for ongoing support
  • Parent coaching services - we work with parents to develop effective communication, establish boundaries, and provide support and direction during new or difficult transitions.
