Clinical Case Manager

My Role

At redpoint, I work as a clinical case manager. I have 10 years of social work experience working with children, adults, and families from various backgrounds. In my past roles, I provided case management, crisis intervention, and emotional support. 

In my case management work, I utilize a strength-based approach, using motivational interviewing to help individuals meet their goals. I am passionate about health equity and feel that everyone should have support, guidance, and resources when it comes to their physical and mental health. 

Working Style

As my role can have a lot of moving pieces that require solutions, I emphasize efficient solution creation. I also place importance on being compassionate and empathetic, as I need to understand and connect with the individuals I serve. Lastly, I think it’s important to have a sense of humor (when appropriate) to keep things light and fun.

Beyond redpoint

Outside work, you’ll find me spending time with my partner and Goldendoodle puppy, going on long walks, paddle boarding, and exploring new places and new restaurants.
