Rebecca Whitmire

Co-Founder, Consultant

My Role

I supervise growth initiatives for the firm, including branding, marketing and art direction; strategy for new roles and co-management of recruiting, staffing, and training; plus community outreach, best practices sharing and work with key advisors. When needed, I participate in consulting, crisis response and problem solving.

After working my way up in the in-home and community services industry, both in Seattle and Alaska, I opened Whitmire in 2003 and steadily grew it into one of the top concierge care providers in Western Washington. In 2016, I partnered with Stefanie Niesz to co-found redpoint Seattle, a specialized firm working with adults 18+ who are struggling to find direction and/or facing difficult life challenges.

Working Style

Creative, funny, strategic, insightful, compassionate and very direct

Beyond Whitmire and redpoint

I love cycling, playing golf, cooking and socializing with family and friends in the safest ways possible. I’m a globetrotter by heart and look forward to traveling again someday,
