Coach
My Role
As a coach at redpoint, I’m passionate about supporting young adults as they build strong friendships, navigate dating, and cultivate meaningful relationships with curiosity and confidence. I also work with neurodivergent individuals, helping them navigate the world in ways that honor their unique strengths. Additionally, I support clients experiencing life transitions and uncertainty, offering guidance and grounding during times of change.
Working Style
I bring an empowering, strengths-based approach to my work, helping clients recognize their resilience and build on what’s already working. I integrate psychoeducation to deepen awareness and support long-term growth. While the work can be heavy at times, I strive to keep our sessions light, grounded, and approachable.
Beyond redpoint
Outside of work, you can find me exploring Seattle’s food scene, walking my dog Meelo around Green Lake, or enjoying live music with friends.
