Therapy

You deserve to live a life filled with joy, connection, meaning & purpose.

Life is meant to be enjoyed – filled with connection, meaning, and purpose. That said, it is also filled with obstacles and challenges, which can make life feel less enjoyable. If you are looking for support with mental health and emotional healing, redpoint’s licensed therapists will partner with you throughout your journey. Being experts in approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, our therapists have a wealth of knowledge to support you in your healing.

Sometimes the biggest obstacles in life are our own limiting beliefs.
