Coach, Clinical Case Manager
My Role
It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate the complex journey toward self-determination and fulfillment. Throughout my career as a social worker, I’ve supported individuals from all walks of life identify their goals and overcome the barriers that stand in the way.
I deeply empathize with the challenges of navigating healthcare and social service systems. I’m passionate about equipping my clients with the knowledge and resources they need to become their own advocates—especially in systems that can often feel impersonal and overwhelming.
My goal is to empower clients to build a personalized toolbox of skills to face life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
Working Style
I understand how intimidating it can feel to open up and begin a journey of change and healing. I strive to create a space where every client feels safe, respected, and heard.
My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and solution-focused. I bring a relaxed and honest presence to my work and believe strongly in the power of accountability. I see vulnerability as the gateway to growth, and I’m committed to fostering a space where that growth can happen.
Beyond redpoint
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and soaking in the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. I also love reading, cooking, gardening, and exploring creative design and art projects around my home.
