Erin Brasch, LICSW
Therapist, Coach, Clinical Case Manager - Bellingham Location
My Role
It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate the complex journey toward self-determination and fulfillment. As both a therapist and coach, I support individuals in identifying their goals, overcoming barriers, and building a life aligned with their values.
With a background in social work, I bring deep empathy for the challenges of navigating healthcare and social service systems. I’m passionate about helping clients become their own advocates—especially within systems that can feel overwhelming or impersonal.
Whether you're seeking support for emotional healing, personal growth, or practical life transitions, my goal is to help you build a personalized toolbox of skills to face challenges with confidence and resilience.
Therapeutic Approach
Life’s challenges can shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. Many clients come to therapy seeking support with anxiety, depression, significant life transitions, or the lingering effects of past experiences. I work from a trauma‑informed, evidence‑based foundation, offering a therapeutic space that encourages clarity, self‑connection, and self‑compassion.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. Together, we identify patterns, build insight, and develop tools that support meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels safe.
Coaching
I understand how intimidating it can feel to open up and begin a journey of change and healing. I strive to create a space where every client feels safe, respected, and heard.
My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and solution-focused. I bring a relaxed and honest presence to my work and believe strongly in the power of accountability. I see vulnerability as the gateway to growth, and I’m committed to fostering a space where that growth can happen.
Beyond redpoint
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and soaking in the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. I also love reading, cooking, gardening, and exploring creative design and art projects around my home.
