PEERS® for Young Adults 14-Week Social Skills Group (In-Person)
PEERS® for Young Adults (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is an evidence-based social skills program designed for motivated young adults who want to improve their ability to make and maintain friendships and develop romantic relationships. Each session includes direct instruction in key social skills, along with opportunities to practice them in a supportive environment.
At redpoint Seattle, we’ve adapted the PEERS® model. Unlike traditional PEERS® programs that require participants to bring their own social coach (e.g., a parent, sibling, or mentor), we provide trained social coaches as part of the program! These coaches offer weekly virtual check-ins to support your progress and are available for additional community support if desired.
