Gemma Smith, BA

Coach, Clinical Case Manager Intern

My Role

As a coach at redpoint, I am passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate important life transitions and build meaningful, fulfilling lives. I work with neurodivergent individuals, helping them understand their unique strengths and develop strategies to thrive in academic, vocational, social, and community settings.

Working Style

My approach is collaborative, relational, and strengths-based. Each person has within them the motivation and resilience to overcome life’s challenges. My role is to guide clients in re-connecting with that inner strength. Anxiety and uncertainty often accompany life changes and transitions. Amid those feelings, I provide a grounding, safe presence from which we will work together to pursue the client’s goals.

Beyond redpoint

Outside of work, I love swimming, paddle boarding, traveling, and playing music.
