Coach, Clinical Case Manager
My Role
As a Clinical Case Manager and Coach at redpoint Seattle, I work in close partnership with clients to help them reach their goals while honoring their autonomy and individual pace. My role is to provide structured, compassionate support while empowering clients to take ownership of their growth. I specialize in:
Supporting transitions to independent living and housing stability
Working with young adults, families, and older adults
Helping clients develop coping mechanisms and essential life skills
Navigating complex systems and resources with clarity and care
Whether someone is building daily routines, managing responsibilities, or preparing for a major life transition, I bring a steady, strengths-based approach to every step of the journey.
Working Style
I meet clients where they are—always with respect, flexibility, and curiosity. I never make assumptions, which allows for a process of continuous learning, clarification, and collaboration. My work is rooted in transparency and trust, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
I believe in walking alongside each person, offering guidance when needed, and stepping back when it’s time for them to lead. My approach is engaging, nonjudgmental, and deeply person-centered.
Beyond redpoint
I like to get outside as much as possible (rain or shine) as a means of self-preservation and healing. I like playing sports, hiking, traveling, and the occasional binge watch of a great TV show!
