Coach, Clinical Case Manager

My Role

I am dedicated to helping my clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, and create lives that feel meaningful and authentic to them. I support clients in identifying their goals, developing practical skills, strengthen relationships, increase independence, and navigate life transitions with greater clarity and confidence.

My background includes supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families, as well as individuals experiencing housing instability and other complex circumstances. Through my previous roles, I provided case management, emotional support, crisis intervention, advocacy, and resource navigation. I also helped develop and led a client support services program designed to make difficult systems more accessible and responsive to clients’ needs.

These experiences strengthened my understanding of how social and environmental systems shape people’s lives and deepened my commitment to making resources, support, and complex systems feel more accessible.

Working Style

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I believe clients already possess valuable insight, resilience, and abilities, and I enjoy helping them recognize and build upon those strengths.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and practical problem-solving to my work. I help clients break overwhelming goals into manageable steps while offering encouragement, accountability, and consistent support. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely understood, respected, and comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

Beyond redpoint

Outside of redpoint, I am completing my Master of Social Work degree and enjoy expanding my knowledge in client and systems advocacy and trauma-informed care. In my free time, I value spending time with my partner and one-eye dog, Leela. I also appreciate finding moments of calm in the middle of a busy life.
