Director of Admissions, Coach, Clinical Case Manager

My Role

At redpoint, I serve as the Director of Admissions and a Clinical Case Manager, and I also provide individual 1:1 coaching to clients seeking personalized support. In my admissions role, I lead discovery calls with prospective clients and families, guide them through the decision‑making process, and ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience from the first point of contact through engagement in services. My goal is to help every client feel welcomed, informed, and confident as they begin working with our team.

In addition to my admissions work, I offer one‑on‑one coaching focused on building practical skills, strengthening executive functioning, and helping clients create meaningful, sustainable change in their daily lives. My coaching style is collaborative, strengths‑based, and grounded in the belief that people thrive when they feel understood and empowered.

As a clinical case manager, I bring over 10 years of social work experience supporting young adults, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. My past roles include providing case management, crisis intervention, and emotional support across a variety of clinical and community settings. I am passionate about health equity and believe that everyone deserves access to support, guidance, and resources to care for their physical and mental health.

Working Style

As my role can have a lot of moving pieces that require solutions, I emphasize efficient solution creation. I also place importance on being compassionate and empathetic, as I need to understand and connect with the individuals I serve. Lastly, I think it’s important to have a sense of humor (when appropriate) to keep things light and fun.

Beyond redpoint

Outside work, you’ll find me spending time with my family and Goldendoodle, going on long walks, paddle boarding, and exploring new places and restaurants.
