Stacie Burke, LMHC

Coach, Clinical Case Manager

My Approach

I believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them to recognize and build on their existing strengths. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and motivated to achieve meaningful change.

I tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of the individual, fostering growth through practical strategies and compassionate guidance.

Working Style

My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and solution-focused, grounded in a relaxed and honest presence that encourages openness and trust. I believe strongly in the power of accountability and see vulnerability as the gateway to growth. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic environment where that growth can truly happen.

My work centers on supporting teens and young adults as they navigate life transitions, helping them build resilience and develop effective coping strategies. I also focus on enhancing emotional regulation and self-awareness, while guiding clients through the academic, social, and family challenges they may face.

Beyond redpoint

Outside of my role at redpoint, I run a private practice offering therapy services to individuals seeking deeper personal growth and support. I also enjoy spending time with my needy (but lovable) dog, Ace, connecting with family and friends, exploring new neighborhoods, discovering local tea shops, and gym hopping to keep things fresh and fun.
